Flamingo Raffle Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer Information

 

This raffle is organized and administered by:

 

  • Wearsos SRL 

  • Flamingo Expeditions 

  • JP’s Bar & Grill, Marina Flamingo

 

Southwest Airlines® is not an organizer or administrator of this raffle.

Southwest Airlines has donated the round-trip flight as part of its Repurpose with Purpose partnership with Wearsos, but plays no active role in running the raffle, collecting entries, selecting winners, or fulfilling any administrative duties.

 

 

2. Eligibility

 

  • Open to individuals 18 years or older.

  • Must visit JP’s Bar & Grill (Marina Flamingo) during the promotional period.

  • Organizers may exclude employees of the participating companies.

 

 

3. How to Enter

 

To participate, entrants must:

1. Visit JP’s Bar & Grill and purchase any drink.

2. Submit the online entry form, including:

  • First and last name

  • Email

  • City/country of origin

  • Photo proof of the visit (receipt or photo taken at JP’s)

 

Each valid visit and form submission counts as one entry.

Participants may enter multiple times (one entry per visit/day).

Organizers may disqualify incomplete, fraudulent, or unverifiable entries.

 

 

4. Prizes

 

The raffle includes:

 

  • One (1) round-trip flight donated by Southwest Airlines®

  • One (1) Wearsos tote bag

  • One (1) visit to the Flamingo Wildlife Rescue Center

  • One (1) adventure tour (zipline or equivalent; subject to availability)

 

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Flight details, restrictions, blackout dates, and usage conditions are determined solely by Southwest Airlines®.

 

 

5. Winner Selection

 

  • Winners will be chosen during a live drawing at JP’s Bar & Grill on [Saturday DEc 13th, 2025 at  5pm].

  • Entrants must be physically present at JP’s during the drawing to win.

  • If a selected winner is not present, another name will be drawn.

  • Organizers may request proof of visit and identity verification before awarding a prize.

 

 

6. Verification Process

 

Organizers reserve the right to:

  • Validate receipts or photos submitted as proof of visit

  • Request additional proof of presence at JP’s

  • Reject fraudulent or duplicate entries


All decisions by the organizers are final.

 

 

7. Consent to Communications

 

By submitting the entry form, participants agree to receive promotional emails and updates from:

  • Wearsos

  • Flamingo Expeditions

Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

 

 

8. Privacy Notice


Personal information collected will be used only for raffle administration and organizer communications. Data will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

 

 

9. Liability Release

 

By participating, entrants acknowledge and agree that:

  • The organizers are not responsible for airline availability, travel restrictions, delays, or cancellations.

  • Southwest Airlines® is not liable for any aspect of the raffle’s administration or operation.

  • Organizers are not responsible for technical issues or submission failures beyond their control.

 

 

10. Changes or Cancellation

 

The organizers may modify these Terms or cancel the raffle at any time if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond their control.

 

 

11. Acceptance of Terms

 

Submission of an entry form constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
